Return Policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase. All returns will receive store credit only.
Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt.
All perishable plants must be returned with 24 hours. Non-perishable products must be returned within 3 days.
Warranty Policy
Reynolds Farms guarantees all plants purchased are of the highest quality and true to name. We guarantee only plants hardy to our area. Trees and shrubs are considered hardy. We do not guarantee annuals, perennials, houseplants, or tropical plants.
We guarantee hardy plants installed by Reynolds Farms only. This covers a one-time 100% replacement for the plant, and 50% savings on replanting charges for one year from date of installation.
To qualify, we must be notified, in advance, of any issues affecting your plants. This allows us an opportunity to correct the issue. We cannot warranty a plant that is suddenly in severe decline without prior notice. If you have any concerns regarding your plants’ health, please contact us. Call, stop by or email us a picture. We are here to address any concerns you may have regarding your plants.
If you wish to plant yourself, we are happy to provide planting direction, along with answering any questions that may arise. We are always here, happy to help!
